When next door argue (screaming, slamming doors and banging on walls) she always shouts at him "woman beating scum bag" and says shes calling the police, which she never does... We always ignore all this mainly because of all the shit she causes us! making our flat smell of weed and banging on our wall at night (to piss us off) and always playing loud music! Are we horrible for ignoring it when she claims he's beating her? What would you do??

Not being funny but if you hear them that well you'd probably hear the attacks. I was a victim of domestic violence and lived in a row of terraced houses and my neighbors across the street (not attached to my row of houses) could hear me screaming and called the police. It such a serious thing, but maybe she says it because she knows neighbors can hear?
