right after birth my tummy was fkn big like i was 4 or 5 months pregnant.. its been a week & ivee ben trying my best at breastfeeding & it makes my uterus contract & shrink
now my belly is slowly deflating :D its gettin jiggly which isnt cute but after my vagina recovers from birthh ill be working on it 🙏💪
im going to start my zumba and home excersise after my 40days considering my body need to recover
iknow those cramps hurt like hell awww i had that with my two girls wow thats when i i found out how cramps feel
You can use basic yoga and some breathing techniques, nothing crazy

You don't have to wait till your vagina recover from birth you can start do basic exercises next day after labor...
