I don't understand why everytime I come to the doctor I have to take urine that's ridiculous 🙄

They have to check for protein in your urine. It's a good thing, lol.

mine did to check for protein and glucose. Checking for gestational diabetes.

It definitely is annoying but it's a good thing they check for! And as you get further into your pregnancy you can pee on command no problem so it's much less annoying haha

You definitely want them to check ☺ It can show them if they need to run any more tests if one of the readings is off.

My doctor never checks but has me do 24 hr urine collections once a month. Thats way more annoying lol

Lol I didn't know that I thought they were just checking for pregnancy all over again

they also check for uti or yeast infections at least mine did

my doctor does the samething. I guess it's just a routine check
