Is it bad to eat ramen noddles while pregnant? I've been craving them so much and my man forbids me…

Well they are terrible in general...if you don't microwave correctly they start on freaking fire...so that should tell you a little bit. Look it up they are sooo bad for you 😰

@edomke, I'm not talking about the cup of noddles. I'm talking about the pack you boil in a pot over the stove.

I literally eat ramen ALL THE TIME. it's my one pregnancy craving so far!

My fiancé forbids me from eating It too because the sodium. I've maybe eaten it twice so far in my pregnancy. I'm hoping it's not bad!

@lexirosex3, I never eat them but every time I'm pregnant I crave them so bad. My last pregnancy I ate them a few times behind his back 😩😩 now I'm craving it like crazy I'm gonna die 😩😂😩😂

Usually if I eat it, I only use half of the flavor packet (if that) since most of the extra sodium is in there.

That's all I eat whenever I don't feel like cooking a real meal 😂😂😂 but I cut back some because of the sodium

I eat them but using Mrs. Dash helps a lot it's seasoning but no salt
