hello !!! i am 4 week and 1 day pregnant and this is my first time, i am super happy and i d love to have any useful suggestion or tought :-)

better i hated water in the beginning made me nauseous but then i realized nausea is tied to hunger i had a very strong food aversion i couldn't even see pictures of food. but im getting better...water did help with the cramps too.
