Quick UPDATE :

I'm still stuck at 5cm and my cervix has completely thinned out, but still no contractions. Baby boy is healthy and so am I (minus a UTI that I was given a shot for) so I got SENT HOME until I'm in active labor 😩😒 My doctor strongly believes in letting babies come naturally without induction unless medically necessary so yeah that's not an option I can ask for until 39 weeks. However I am going to ask if we can schedule for one at 39 weeks if I don't progress these next two weeks, because honestly unless my water breaks I would have no clue when I'm in "active labor" because I've never FELT a contraction or BH my entire pregnancy (I've had them but never felt them). I just think I would be better off having a set date and some pitocin to help labor progress.
