Does non alcoholic beer work to up your milk supply ? I been skipping feedings & I feel like my baby isn't getting enough milk she's been crying wanting to eat every hr
@anap1012, I hear her swallowing in the beginning of the feeding but not so much afterwards ! @hamman13 Okay thank you (:
Yes mostly it's a grow spurt. It's normal. It's just baby telling your body to make more milk it's normal. Even formula fed babies do it. It's just a grow spurt. Google it. It will make you feel better your body is doing great producing milk 😀
That's perfectly normal :) do you hear her swallowing? Best way you can tell.
@hamman13, she'll be 3 weeks tomorrow ! @anap1012 that's what I been doing I just feel so bad because she cries cause she's hungry and I feel like she's not getting enough . My boobs dont even leak or get hard anymore
Haven't tried it but I've heard it works! But honestly the best thing you can do to up your supply is by putting your baby on your breast as often as possible. You'll feel like she's not getting enough but babies at this age cluster feed so they can get your milk supply up.
How old is baby ? Bc I mostly likely a grow spurt. Doesn't mean your not making enough milk. The baby feeding every hour is normal m good it actually will increase you milk supply that's what that's signaling.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You probably hear her more in the beginning because of your let down! It's a lot of milk coming out so they guzzle it down loudly. After it slows you won't hear her swallow as much. I'm sure you're doing fine 😊
