my menstrual cramps have always been over the top horrible, to the point where i sometimes have to go to the hospital😭😭😭 i can already imagine how my contractions will be like

before I got my epidural I would sit on the side of the bed and when a contraction would start I would get up and pace the room lol it was the only thing that kept me from ripping the rails of the bed lol
