I'm 30 almost 31 weeks, my baby was moving before I started dinner at 5, no that I ate it's been over a hour and I haven't felt her move at all, they told me to make sure she moves 10x in a hour after eating. And for the first time

I haven't felt anything and she's usually very active should I be worried and what should I do ??
