I was having severe pelvic pain today & decided to go to the ER. I was told that there was a sac but no baby in it. They said the embryo stopped growing at 6 weeks. I knew something wasn't right cause my pregnancy symptoms stopped a few weeks ago. This is my first miscarriage. I'm feeling sad & dissapointed. The doctor told me that the bleeding & embryo will pass naturally on its own. I'm so confused. I'm supposed to go home & wait to bleed. This is so scary.

Idk if it's too late for you but The doctor told me the same thing but I waited another couple of weeks and than they were able to see the baby!!
