I got it the day before I had my son!

she said if nothing changes then at 32 weeks ill be going in 2 times a week and yeah i have headaches that last all day and see spots all the time it suchs

@jerichosmommy8816, I've been on bed rest since 25ish weeks because of a short cervix dr said to just stay on bedrest and check my blood pressure regularly. I bought a digital bp monitor. She just said if I have a super high bp reading to go to l&d or if I start getting headaches that won't go away or if I see spots to go to l&d. I've had blood drawn twice in two weeks to check my enzyme levels and kidneys and liver and stuff. But besides that nothing really restrictive. I go to my dr twice a week. She monitors me very closely.

@jerichosmommy8816, I'm having the same problem, my BP is always spiking and I'm at risk.

@arlogreyson, the whole reason they are doing it is cause i have been having issues with my blood pressure spiking and other issues have been indicators of it also. thats why she said i was doing mine. and yeah its the 24 urine thing lol. she said cause of my weight also

i hope not either but i mean if it happens then it does just as long as hes healty ill be ok with it and yeah im 210 and have lost weight the entire pregnancy but these past 2 weeks i have gained 3 lbs but even with losing weight doc says baby is healty and already over 2.5 lbs and almost 15 inces long. @twinscomingsoon do you have any special restrictions your on

@jerichosmommy8816, I did the 24hr urine sample, my doctor said everyone is at risk for preeclampsia, doesn't matter if you're healthy or not, that's coming from my doctor, your doctor can say something else.

My boy was healthy even at birth 34wks. He was 4lb 13oz@jerichosmommy8816 I hope that doesnt effect your birth,im just saying how it happend to me. 34wks i was 178lbs with that excess water weight

ill find out the 24th cause i now have my appts every 2 weeks not looking forward to peeing in a big jug for 24hours i guess thats house they test to see how much protein your putting out

yeah i was adopted and dont know that much about my family history

I did get it at the begining of 33weeks. I didnt find out through protein test but at the store had a headache. And im not sure if that triggered to me to have given birth at 34wks or not

My mother had it when she was pregnant with me. My OB said he would keep an eye on me because apparently it can be genetic.
