37 weeks today. 1cm dilated. my doctor said sex works. orgasms causes contractions & so does nipple stimulation.... sperm softens the cervix & helps with dilation😏 yeahhhh im starting tonight 😛

I'm 37w5d and I am soooo over being pregnant. I had my appointment today and my doctor gave me the okay to start doing stuff. I already had sex, bounced on a ball for an hour. Just bought a pineapple and raspberry leaf tea and picking up my spicy dinner right now😂😂
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Dilated to 8cm 😬
