My midwife suggested doing things that'll help dilate my cervix , any ideas ?

Usually the midwife will make the suggestions to you. Its better to ask her than to ask strangers that might recommend things that are not safe.

Sex and pineapples ☺️ idk it works for me randomly and all of the sudden I'm nearly done thinning out

@arivera64 she said sex but I was just seeing if anything else helped any one @deafmama16 good thing I got some pineapples today ! @anumaat I walked for about two hours and no pains at all besides my feet

pineapples definitely softens your cervix!! @deafmama16 I just asked my sister & she said castor oil will make you go into labor lol but Google it before you try it

Even google will tell you lots of bad thing about castor oil now. It's dangerous 😰 @anumaat

Actually here in the South where I stay, doctors recommend it. Especially if your scheduled to be induced @deafmama16
