@susanna1125, I'd suggest waiting till they are at least 3 to 4 weeks old of you have to pump to save. of you want to pump instead of breastfeed I also suggest waiting as long as you can the baby will regulate your supply better then any pump can.

also the medela manual pump is about 30$ on amazon. and babies r us rents them out
