I've heard of kids before age one, learning how to talk, such as mama,Dada,bye and other small words. my one year old ONLY says MaMa. is this normal? should he be saying more?

idk why I feel like he should be saying more, but thank you both for the reassurance @hermommy @lilbabyboy16 apparently he just loves his mama 😍

😭 right! Thats all my son says aswell and doesnt walk and turns one tomorrow 😢 its ok he has time😊

he does everything else, like walking and climbing and running, but no talking yet. he started walking at 7 months but I think that was just pure luck. @luvmyboyz and I thought it was only my son, I've seen kids around his age who can say little stuff like bye bye and hi and ball. but nope not my son. @lilbabyboy16 that's probably true! I think you're right @hermommy 💙

I feel ya!! he also just started walking. I guess they all pick up at different paces

Every kid is different. My baby says 3 words and she's 6 months old. But my brother didn't talk until he was 3 years old (with speech therapy). Your little one will talk soon enough! My friends kid started talking at about 14 months and now doesn't stop!
