This is very embarrasing. and i have no one else to talk to but my labs came back and i tested positive for chlamydia. They gave me one dose for in the morning and night and said that should cure it.... is my baby at risk now?? has anyone else had this while pregnant and got it cured with no problems?:( please help
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

What's wrong with a Bumbo? I am visiting my in-laws for Mothers Day and I brought my daughters Bumbo along for the trip. Well my in-laws just thought it was the coolest thing. DH's cousin is pregnant and her mom asks her, "did you see the baby's Bumbo chair?" and she snaps "yes!", and her mom asks "do you want one for the baby?" and she goes "NO! I will never use one of those for my child!" and then no one said anything else about it.

The baby is only at risk if you deliver while you have chlamydia! as long as you get it cleared up he/she will be fine!

The baby can only get it through delivery! It'll be perfectly fine just make sure it's gone before then!

The baby would only be at risk if you were to deliver without knowing you had chlamydia. As long as you get it taken care of, you and the baby will be just fine.

@teenmommy53124, no it won't cause a miscarriage! if it were something to be truly concerned about your doctor would have told you the risks and instead of giving out an outpatient antibiotic they would have done IV antibiotics to clear it up faster!

A lot of mothers have this problem, the doctors deal with it a lot!! they wouldn't do anything to harm your baby! Don't stress yourself out momma!

@teenmommy53124, girl same thing happened to me honestly. I was scared shitless. but they gave me a shot and then 2 pills & tested me again & I was cleared . I didn't know I had it until they tested me either. you will be fine girl. :)

I had this ! Make sure your partner gets tested the medicine works great and if they have a refil listed for you make sure to give the refill to your partner that's what I did . As long as it's gone by birth there is no risks

the same thing happened to my sister. and as long as u take the medicine as directed everything will be ok. as long as you do not have it giving natural birth. the docs will make sure all is good.

one of my friends had a bacterial std and they gave her antibiotics as well. she just had to have antibiotics when she had the baby. you'll b okay 😘
