i have a question im 31 weeks pregnant and today my lower back hurts and when the baby moves i feel…

I've been having that for quite some time now, minus the back ache

it's normal. the back pains are braxton Hicks and the pressure is the baby positioning herself.

do u think its normal if im only 31 weeks @maybaby2016

you're welcome. I got alot of back pains while pregnant. I bought a belly band and it helped so much.

I'd say so, I've been having it since before then. to me it feels like my baby is scratching my cervix with her finger nail every time she moves. it's kinda annoying but doesn't happen all the time. my last appointment the doctor said she was in position and very low but I wasn't dilated or anything so....I guess it's just another one of those unpleasant side effect of pregnancy.

I'm in the same boat, asked my dr about it , she said it was normal

well girls i guess we have to deal with it lol it will be worth it
