Anyone on here drink coffee while pregnant and everything was fine? Sometimes I just need that one cup, I feel guilty but my doctor said once an a while it's fine so I'm curious to see what other mamas say!

I was told one cup or 200mg of caffeine a day is fine. I have drank coffee every once and a while throughout my whole pregnancy so far.
my Dr said 300mg a day was fine but no more then that. I drank one everyday of my pregnancy and my little one is just fine!
My doc told me one cup a day was fine. She said to just drink other non caffeinated drinkers throughout the day.
Love seeing these! I have a 2 year old and work with 15 4 year olds so coffee is defiantly needed some days
I drink a cup a day, too. Baby girl is healthy and doing well, so I feel like momma needs to feel well, too. Hence the coffee :)
Has anyone's doctor actually encouraged or recommended red wine while pregnant? Just curious. Never done it, but always heard it was fine.

I drink a cup of regular coffee on the very rare occasion and I have been drink one 45 MG can of Bai sparkling tea. It has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of green tea. It really picks me up for my workouts!
