It's honestly hurting me to use the bathroom #2 to be exact & am short on breath in the bathroom I open the water and sprinkled cold water in my face because I got the feeling am gonna faint & seconds later my vision started blurring out and I wiped really quick and screamed to my brother since he's home and hubby is at work 😣 idk if the feeling of fainting faded away because I reacted really quick but honestly idk why it was going to happen if I ate twice and drank a lot of water when I woke up! 😣

put your feet on a stool when you go. It allows for natural posture to eliminate properly. Also you can apply pressure to your perenium with toilet tissue as you gently bear down. Try adding a stool softener to your daily intake, warm water with lemon every morning, and lots of fiber. Try fiber one snacks or even gummies.

@wandal24, only thing to do is take steps to not need to strain so hard. Try a stool softener.

If you strain too hard your BP drops. That's probably what happened.

that's your problem. you can actually die from straining when using the bathroom. get a stool and put your feet on it so it looks like your in the fetal position while going. and do not push/strain hard. You may sit for a while but it will be well worth it and it won't be painful.

I would call your OB and tell him/her what's going on. Are you eating enough? Staying hydrated?
