Make sure you don't have any clogged ducts, also if your nipples get sore you can rub some breast milk on them and that will help. Your milk will start to regulate here soon and you won't feel your breast being so hard all the time also! Also when I would bf my last baby my stomach would hurt like hell lol and it was from my uterus contracting back to normal size (if that's what's happening to you)

she's latching and I do on demand feeding so my boobs gett hard too but when she's sucking its a pain through my whole body and I'm not giving up I love breastfeeding its just the pain ugh @mimiz @raeeeeeee22 @melodyly

If it's painful that may be why and if you can try to get lanolin apply it after every feed no need to wipe off won't hurt baby
