I have it too. I was very sad, but now just trying to eat right things. Of course I want to eat everything that contains sugar...but I feel better. U can eat a lot of blueberries it is nice and release the glucose in blood

I had a 10.8 lol, but I'm used to it from last time tbh, dont stress yourself too much about it though, ive been told stress can affect it too xx

well today it's been the highest it's ever been at 10.3 but tbh I have yet to see my dietician as I've never seen one @natalie19
