Just make sure you use sunscreen, our hormones make us burn very fast. And take PLENTY of water, you'll get dehydrated very fast too!

sunshine is a GREAT way to get vitamin D. wear sunscreen of course, but its good for you especially when you're pregnant, sun can help keep migraines away and relieve stress and depression
