so fed up today. sitting ere over due again..been loosing my plug since yesterday am..on n off cramping n back pain but no sign of labour at all..wat a joke..n I heard ur recommended to avoid sex after u lose plug..I was banking on doing it as my last resort to inducing natural labor..been for a twenty minute walk in park plus going on ball..this bub seems way to comfortable :'(
