It could be ur period I got mine a month or so pp after the discharge had stopped the week before . I went and asked my dr because it was bright red and I was worried it was from the csection

If you're breastfeeding exclusively you don't have to worry about your period for while, it took me 8 months but everyone is different. You will continue spotting though it's just your body still getting rid of everything was left in there(:
