Sitting in court waiting to hear if we will be evicted from our apartment, my husband's name is the only one on the lease but I'm here because he didn't want to come on top of spending 6 hours in the er with my baby girl last night.

Haven't been able to catch rent up since we got behind. they want 1180 up front and won't let us make a payment plan. Hubby has been down on hours and we've got two kids at home plus one on the way. hope the judge will be sympathetic.
