So they end up cutting off my light this morning and we didn't have enough money to pay so we had to borrow money AGAIN to pay it they did it with noooooooooo warning what so ever , then now I'm waiting to see a doctor because I'm just in pain with nausea and diarrhea then we find out Amazon prime takes $104 from our account and we never signed up for Amazon prime not even Amazon good thing though they are giving us a refund on that

Nope no warning no phone call no letter we had a program helping us out but we forgot to renew it and they cut us out so it seems like every month they keep cutting off our light @amaperalta03
That's weird they cut it off with out warning. No letter was sent? I've been behind on my light bill cause it's so expensive so I set up a payment plan so they would never cut it off
what program was it? I know social service will help if you go to them the next time before it gets cut off and i know if you Google it there's other companies offering help to lower your bill @irisedith
