Does pumping empty engorged breasts as well as breastfeeding?

breastfeeding is more effective. baby can drain a breast better.

Yeah maybe you can nurse baby on both sides and pump both sides as well while baby nursing

my baby nurses ever 2-3 hours on average, but goes through bought a of hourly. if she only eats on one side I try to pump the other. if she eats on both I pump an hour after feeding.

I nurse on demand but that's like every 2-3 hours during the day
