anyone blood type A- and was told vaccination is necessary?

Im AB-, the shot prevents complications in your next pregnancy. It also protects you during birth if your bloods mix.

Any - type blood requires vaccination. I think it's only for your first pregnancy, but it has something to do with your blood and if he babies blood is a + type it will try to fight it off like an infection. That can lead to miscarriage.
