I've been on full dose 2000mg metformin for a month tomorrow and I still haven't gotten my period😟😫😫😤 I'm trying really hard to be patient but it's so frustrating and I'm trying really hard not to get discouraged. Is there anything else, on my own, that I can do to get my period to show up?

I didn't have a period for almost 3 months because of the birth control I came off of. What helped me a lot is going to the gym and doing cardio for a long period of time. I started my period the next day :)

I don't think it does but my doctor said that it should fix the hormones that's preventing me from getting it she seemed to think it would help by itself I'm not sure ugh so frustrating 😥 what is proverbs @hermommy
