For pasta you can use some tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, and any herbs you have at home.
my dad used to do Mac n cheese, broccoli, and ground beef, but you could use ground turkey... my husband has made good chili with ground turkey. you could make turkey meatballs, just know that turkey can run a little dry sometimes, so whatever binder/liquid you use should probably be upped a bit
