my dad used to do Mac n cheese, broccoli, and ground beef, but you could use ground turkey... my husband has made good chili with ground turkey. you could make turkey meatballs, just know that turkey can run a little dry sometimes, so whatever binder/liquid you use should probably be upped a bit

Yesterday I made Salisbury steak out of ground turkey with onions and mushroom gravy to go with my scalloped potatoes and broccoli.

For pasta you can use some tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, and any herbs you have at home.

I make spaghetti with ground turkey instead of beef. Tastes the same
