So much to do and my back is completely gone! I'm sofa bound and can't even clean and nest and I'm going insane :(

i know how you feel. My back went last Wednesday and im still unable to move much. In so much pain and baths and paracetamol aren't touching it. back to the osteopath tomorrow hoping she can help 😣

Bless you it's awful isn't it! My painkillers are making me puke so I can't take them anymore. Let me know how you get on xx
