so glad that my cousin is a family Lawyer. told her about how my sperm Donor is harassing me among other things. she says because there is no child support order and no visitation order set he has no legal right to bother me or show up at my house. she wants me to keep records of all calls and text and next time he pops up to call the police so we can get a restraining order. it's perfectly ok for me to ignore him I'm not breaking any laws. he doesn't have any father's rights unless he motions the court and request it. and If so we will then file for child support. until then I can sit ignore his ignorant ass. he called 8 times between last night and this morning. ..smh he about to make restraining order easy. and she will of course represent me for free. oh I just love her:)
