My doctor did say not to stay in the sun too long but mostly for fear of getting dehydrated because I live in AZ but he told me being outside and in the pool would be really good for me!

Okay I was just wondering I'm been wanting to go swimming so bad! Have you been told anything about laying out in the sun is there do's and don't? I miss my skin color lol ever since i got pregnant I've lost a lot of my color

You don't have to stop either of them unless your doctor tells you to!

Try to stay in the shade my doctor advised me to try to stay out of the sun as much as I could.
