I'm almost 40 weeks and haven't been checked. It depends on your doctor. My midwife told me I won't be checked at all until I'm actually in labor and contracting.

I was checked once at 36 weeks, cervix was still closed. Haven't been checked since. 😒 My doctor says she doesn't want to check anymore until close to due date cause it could cause a possible infection to check every visit so I have no idea what's going on down there. Smh
