does anyone have any good home remedies for dealing with RLS? I swear it gets worse every night!

apparently Ivory soap helps. i dont know if it is true but ive heard that it helps.

My grandma told me to put a bar of soap under my fitted sheet. I think it had a placebo effect but I doubt there's science behind it.
