I'm due to be induced this Wednesday and I plan to breastfeed. Can someone please tell me how they get their "stashes" of milk, j do plan to pump. I basically need to know everything lol
FYI: I'm also pretty clueless but I've been taking pointer's from my best friend that has been breastfeeding for 18 months now. She makes so much milk!
Make sure you get enough lactation things like tea, cookies and brownies. Try not to pump too soon. Your milk supply comes in more when the baby latches.
@anthonysmommie080116 Oh wow! your aunt breastfed for a while, I just wanna be successful at it. I really know nothing about breastfeeding from anyone. I wish I knew like how much they take and everything.
@lovebuggg2016 I definetely plan on pumping but I'd like for him to latch too, mainly for the convenience of allowing my husband to feed too. You're right, I might have to wait for a month..
Ur going to have to pump a lot BUT that baby gonna want fresh boob milk too so ur stash going to be for when ur at work or away from ur baby. Info I got from my aunt who breastfed for 2 years and just stopped when my cousin made 2 in March
Do you plan on exclusively breastfeeding? If you do, you should wait to pump until after the 1st month and I would wait to give a pacifier because of nipple confusion. My daughter got it and wouldn't latch on for 5-6 days.
Names!!!
What are you planning on naming the baby(ies)?
Am I the only one that does NOT have a birth plan? I mean I just plan on going with the flow really...
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

Proudly breastfeeding 🙌🏻😁 anyone else??
I plan to do it as long as I can.
How long have you done it??
How long do you plan on doing it??
Hey girlies! I plan on breast feeding my LO as much as I can. I also plan to formula feed when needed. Have any of you moms tried organic formulas? How was it? Experience?
