Wow, okay. I can definitely say that I had filters over my eyes about this delivery and every other person's delivery.
Planned on no meds whatsoever, and turns out my pain tolerance isn't high enough to breath through transitioning contractions. Puked twice and made my contraction slow in interval because I wasn't handling it so well, the health of my baby and myself became a concern as well as the increased risk of getting a C-section if I struggled too much. After the epidural and an augmentation of pitocin I was able to deliver vaginally, squatting/lying down with no rips and a healthy baby. I can definitely say that my eyes are open but I won't give up! Next pregnancy I will plan *again* to go without meds and every pregnancy after.

It's hard to go with no meds but it's something that women have done since the very first birth. my eyes were definitely opened to why so many go for meds when I had my baby. lol
