Just generally asking how can you tell if youve got reduced movements with the baby or not if your constantly on your feet all day long and even late into the night? 😗

I think its any movement that is out of the ordinary b it reduced or even increased etc..u should hav a rough idea of babies movement hopefully. .if in doubt call ur mw xxx
I thought this🤔I'm sure you feel baby even when moving I take it? At work I used to be on my feet all day but used to feel movement every so often, or I used to sit down for 5 mins if you can? I think if you feel less than usual. It's hard int it😕 xx

Eat something sugary, or have something cold or hot to drink. Lay on your side and see if your little one reacts. I didn't feel any movement if I was running around all day, now he's bigger I do feel him when I'm moving about. Xx
