Rant.

Down as hell today. SO is at work so I'm sitting around the house nervous about this c-section tomorrow. He took the rest of the week off but I'll be in the hospital pretty much the whole week. Then this weekend we get one of his kids. Then he goes back to work and has to work both jobs every other day.

So basically there's no rest time for us to get settled alone then the first week home with the baby, he'll be at work. I don't want to be dependent on him but I wish he would still be there for me to lean on for the first week home. I'm terrified.

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

boymama523 He gets the choice to call off if he’s overwhelmed or sick. You (all us mommas) don’t.
