I was afraid as well I wanted natural lol can you believe I wanted the pain? Ugh mine went very well and I remember everything I didn't need any pain meds after my spinal or even before before I was having contractions but they didn't hurt and I didn't even notice most of them I guess I was lucky

I did the ball religiously BUT my son was the one in a few who does not turn. I recommend it for sure though, because at the very least the exercise helps.

My doula said the BEST way to get a baby to flip and be in the birthing position is to bounce on your birthing ball!! If you don't have one they have them at 5 below for $5.. There's also exercises you can YouTube that can help flip him.. Walking helps to.. The more you up your pelvis and hips the more encouragement he will have to flip but you have to be consistent and do the things on a daily basis.. She said she has hardly ever had a client not have their baby flip before due date if they use the techniques :)
