The lady above me is seriously a psycho. Around October I had to ask her to quiet down because my baby was sleeping and she was pounding so hard on her floor she was knocking my lights out. She freaked out on me, accused me of stealing a can of tuna from her, pushed & spit on me. I did call the cops and have called them on her before because she's seriously mentally ill. They never do anything. She was in the hospital for a couple months(I'm assuming to help get her medication on track because she was all out of wack) she was so good for so long.. NOW she's acting crazy again. The other day at Walmart she followed me throughout the store while I had my son with me yelling at me! She doesn't even make sense most of the time. Like she told me she had kids riding bikes in her attic once. And she was calling me a cheesy whore and saying stuff about hearing my baby crying and she won't forget me things like that(security escorted her out) I guess she was yelling at a lot of ppl luckily my so was with me and he backed her down. Then she was banging on the wall outside my door later that night. I was just driving home and she was like trying to flag me down and yelling at me again. I am seriously scared of her. She is a hefty woman and when she pushed me she was really forceful. I'm a small girl I would be able to defend myself but this woman is really crazy. I'd be scared she would stab me seriously. She like 40 she's got to be schizophrenic or something. She has told me before she was going to crawl through the crawl space the get into my apartment. The police know and they say she isn't dangerous, but SHE IS. She put her hands on me. Now I'm home alone and she's here too. I will be moving soon but not until September. Gahhh I hate her!!

Get in touch new ith a lawyer, explain and see if you can get a restraining order. If she keeps doing it, the police can't ignore because of the order.

They said I can't get a restraining order because she lives above me but I can get something else so that she can be around me but can't talk to me or anything.. This was the first run in I had with her and I dropped everything because she was being good and thought maybe she was just having a bad day but no I should have stuck to it. The police have been seriously no help they just blame it on her sickness but it's not ok to do things like that.. She needs someone to make sure she's on her medication

@navywifej, I know! It is scary. Like now I'm afraid to walk around Walmart in case she pops up. I'm always on the lookout for her. In the time it takes for them to actually do something I'll probably already be moving

can the apartment managers move you to another building ?? tell them that you have a child and she has pushed you and made threats and you honestly Dont feel safe at all and the police have been warned and if you can't be moved then for the safety of your child you will have to break lease and move && take them to court for failure to provide safety on multiple occasions. My neighbors just did something like that but she complain the neighborhood wasn't safe enough for her daughter and she ended up breaking her lease 5months early and they still ended up giving her the security deposit back because she threaten to have lawyers come in

@motheroftwojk, yes, they have taken reports of everything and she has gotten a warning and something else but they can't kick her out just for those things, especially because she isn't all there.. I've been on a list to move to a different/bigger apartment for a year and nothing is available. I just got a house that we are moving to but haven't gotten the closing date yet or anything like that. All I know is they've accepted my offer and we've signed papers and stuff. It needs a new roof and stuff too so we plan on moving in in September, but I have to deal with her until then I have no where else to go for the time being

@rennysmommy, ohh wow I'm going through something like this a well but its my new neighbors having bugs and they will come through the wall and I'm waiting to be moved as well my lease is up in August. and all I heard from another apartment complex is that I've been approved but there waiting on a apartment to become available it sucks. but I really hope everything works out I know that can be a very scary situation

@motheroftwojk, I had that happen in a duplex I used to live in. They had bed bugs that were coming over to us! We had to move we would get rid of them, buy all new things and they would come back again.

I would seriously buy a gun lol she's sounds so scary and definitely crazy! She said she would crawl through to get into your apartment? That is totally a threat and the police should have down something! Not to mention that following you around and yelling at you is harassment which is illegal!

@mommy_faith, my SO leaves pocket knives here just in case but yes she did! She says all kinds of crazy things. They tell me she isn't dangerous, just delusional. But she is dangerous.

She definitely is! If you keep calling them when things happen they eventually have to do something. Cops are intimidating but they have to help you! It's their jobs to serve and Protect!'

see i have zero patience for shit like that you and you're mom should just spray her next time and then shoulders some body thats too much and the cops won't help soo you have to make sure you are okay @rennysmommy
