So I'm a first time mommy and I have a question: Is It really necessary to boil and sanitize all bottles and nipples and pacifiers? or is just washing like normal good enough?

Yes I would definitely boil all your pacifiers, bottles, and bottle accessories, for the first use. Who knows what they could've came in contact with at the warehouse. After I boil them for the first time I just wash them in hot soapy water, and put the bottles in the dish washer.

I plan on washing everything I got but I don't think sanitizing it is really that necessary if I wash it good

I do everything before it is used the first time. After that it's just cleaned like my normal dishes. I tried to keep up steam sanitising everything with my first child and that's just too much and not necessary.
