have Anyone ever had their gallbladder surgically removed? what exactly did they do? did it hurt after wards? how long you had too stay in the hospital ?

I had mine removed in 2001 when I was 22.. it wasn't too horrible and it was a day surgery which I was supposed to go home letter later that evening.. it was definitely uncomfortable, but I have had c sections and it was no where never as painful as that. @booboolanii
