yea it really is and most men dont even get paternity leave. my friend husband did but it was only 2 weeks. my damn husband didn't get it at all. he even requested off a full week and they only gave him 3 days. this time I have a job that gives me 12 weeks but 6 weeks paid

@sexii_diiva It's crazy... My bf also gets paid time off if he gets even the smallest injury because they dont want their people working hurt. He's lucky. It's great that you get time off, it would be nice if your husband could too... that bonding time with baby and each other is so important.

my husband gets paid time off too, I thought I was going to be able to use my vacation time but they emailed me the other day and said it has to be pre approved before hand. Funny I've been pregnant for nine months so they had plenty of time to approve it.
