Definitely try Vicks and a hot shower! The headache was the worst for me too and not being able to breathe out of my nose.

I had my first sinus infection ever during this pregnancy and I drank a lot of tea and water, I put Vicks on the inside of my nostrils and just rested. It was gone after two days.

@dlove2016,  same here for the past week. I take Sudafed during the day sometimes robitussin dm for my,cough and benadryl at night
