so I got this pain last night it was Sharp and quick and made me hold my breath for a few seconds. ??? anyone know what it could be

@sarahmarie91, could have been lightning crotch as well. That hurts so bad.! 😁

Probably Braxton hicks. they can get pretty bad. contractions normally stay a little longer. if you can change positions and It goes away then it's Braxton hicks. that's what my doctor always told me.
