Alright need advice. me and my son are still in the hospital and the nurses are very rude and "forgetful" so I'm figuring stuff out on my own. my son is drinking the Similac advance stage 1 bottles while we are here. just today he's been having diarrhea and a hard time letting gas go. could be be constipated from the Similac?

My daughter was. Plus the bottles are already made and made her belly run off. I had to swap to enfamil gentle ease when she was a week old and she doesnt have gas and normal poop. Lol the iron in the milk isnt good for there bellys. The gentle ease doesnt have iron.

After a few days of using Similac that the hospital gave me she got constipated and it was worlds worst. When they send you home and give you those bottles thats not going to be enough milk. If you take that bottle pour it in a coffee cup it barely fills/covers the bottom. They didnt tell me that so i wasnt feeding her enough until i realized.
