There's no evidence that one or two units of alcohol, once or twice a week, causes any harm to your baby. But regularly drinking moderate to high amounts of alcohol may affect your baby's development, and your milk supply.

That's what I found online kind of what my nurse said I drank literally two sips of beer and I was like fml I'm a bad mom idk how I'll ever enjoy an alcoholic drink again lol

Oh my. I feel you on that one. I had made a post asking about a certain drink and everyone was all over it and bickering so i just deleted it. it was ridiculous!

Girl I posted the same thing about how I was craving a glass of wine. Im not gonna lie I really got some hate. Some of it was expected other stuff was just plain mean. I'm not an alcoholic or a drug addict, I was asking about one small glass of wine! Like I said I got the okay from both my doctor and my midwife. One glass is fine. Just don't overdo it. And don't let people bitching get to you.

I had a glass of wine on 2 different occasions in my first trimester, I really don't care if anyone has an issue with it because I know I'd never do anything to harm the baby so screw them.
