Nothing 100% works for this lol I'm kidding but that's how it feels to me, one of the worst pains.I wear compression socks. They help enough to fall asleep. Also drinking lots of water and taking iron pills helps this issue.

that's crazy... because this morning I woke up from being in so much pain from a random leg cramp. Like you could see a ball formed in my leg it was so bad... my boyfriend massaged it so the lump went away but it still hurts really bad
